ABOUT NAALAM

The NUALS Arts and Literary Annual Meet is a cultural spectacle which seeks to amalgamate a medley of literary, music, arts and dance events under a collective circuit.

The literal translation of NAALAM in Malayalam is “flame”. Staying true to its name, the event seeks to bring out the zealous passion of its participants on a competitive yet amicable environment. NAALAM centres itself around the creative streak and artistic abilities that each and every individual possesses with its wide and delightful array of cultural events.

This edition of NAALAM has widened its ambit by including more awe inspiring and ambitious events than the previous years had witnessed all leading up to the grand finale, our headlining events of NAALAM 2020 Choreonite, Alankara and our Proshows. NAALAM strives to broaden an individual’s cultural horizon on not only a local platform but a national one as well.
